How to mass create Manage Supply Collaboration Network records?

In Manage Supply Collaboration Network UI, item to supplier site and ship to site records need to be created, these are required for a supplier to be able to upload their on hand supplies of items via Supplier Portal.

Our customer has over 700K items and 2k plus suppliers, how can these records be created on mass?
