I cannot seem to pull Single Choice answers onto my Assessment report for Learn.

I have created a BI report to pull Text Answers, but cannot figure out how to pull the Single Choice answers onto the same report. I cannot find what field to add to see the Single Choice response. Does anyone have the answer to this mystery?

The Assessment is an activity in an offering. There is a second activity in that offering.
