Restrict the list of locations available to pick up on a worker assignment

Can we restrict the list of Locations available to pick against Workers?

Our Locations are defined against the COMMON set. We are looking to restrict some active locations from being available for picking up on Worker Assignments. This is because some of our locations are not office locations. I can see there is a Office Site field on Location. However, unchecking this field does not stop the location from appearing on the list to select on Worker Assignment.

Is there another way that can help restrict the list? Thanks.
