EPM cloud Migration to new domain/new data center from Old domain/Old data center

Hi All,

We need to migrate our existing epm app bundle to the newly provisioned domain (wxyz)/data center (USn2) from old domain (abcd)/data center (USn1).

I came across the service relocation tool in oracle my account but it specifically says the relocation is not allowed in the case data center for the target identity domain is not the same as source identity domain.

As a migration method to data and artifacts to the new domain, can we use clone environment functionality in epm apps? or do we have to go manually by importing users and roles first and then importing downloaded snapshot for each instance to the new domain instance?
