Data Load Group Security

Summary:

Has anyone been able to assign data load location based security through a group? We have created locations in CDM based on regions and we need Controllers of those regions to be able to load data for their assigned regions only.

We created "FDMEE_" location groups in Access Control and then assigned Power User groups to the FDMEE groups and gave that Power User group the "Data Load" role. So for the "FDMEE_ABC" group we assigned the "ABC_Power_User" group to it so the users in that group can run data loads for location ABC. However, we're seeing that the ABC_Power_User group can run data loads for ALL locations, not just the one they're assigned to.
