Summary:

Our Predictive Voluntary Termination model accuracy is 98%, whereas the Predicted Performance model accuracy is at 38%. What mechanisms should we review to improve the model’s accuracy for performance

Our HCM application has the following:

  1. Over 6 years of performance data, with 20+ years of assignment history
  2. Our performance and termination prediction model is using over 30 attributes
  3. All performance documents are closed and our performance document completion rate is over 80%
  4. We have run the predictive model over 10 times
