How long does Transaction Console stores the Comments/Attachments made during transaction?
Summary:
My Client would like to go back and check what were the comments made and attachments added during a particular transaction,say- Change Manager.
They want to check this after a transaction is completed.
I want to know for how long at max transaction console stores the comments and attachments so that one can go back search for a transaction and look at the comments and download attachments.
