We are getting Hello Null in the Exit Checklist Email Notification

Summary:

Dear Team,

We are getting Hello Null in the Exit Checklist Email Notification.

Also instead of actual User name, we are getting just User in the mail.

Please let me know how can I resolve this to get Hello, actual Name instead of Null and actual User name instead of User.
