there are some data time entries that cannot be deleted using rest api

i need a way to delete data time entries using rest api

i found this document : How to Update Time Entries using timeRecordEventRequests REST API (Doc ID 2662099.1)

in this document to delete data I have to provide timeRecordId and latest timeRecordVersion

example : https://abc-zyx-fa-ext.oracle.com/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/timeRecords?onlyData=true&finder=filterByPerNumTimeGrp;personNumber=955160008192497,startTime=2019-01-06T08:00:00.000-08:00,stopTime=2019-01-08T17:00:00.000-08:00,groupType=TimeCardEntry

but right now there is some data not getting response so I can't get timeRecordId and latest timeRecordVersion. I don't understand why this happened. Has anyone experienced the same thing as me?
