how to calculate person rate schedule

Hi All

I create Rate schedule for schedule type " Non labor - Resource Class - Person "

and in project budget - Version - Financial Plan - Rate Setting

Mark - Use Planning Rates and add rate for schedule type

but the problem when run calculate rate use the rate from ( Resource class Rate Schedule ) for all resource

i need to use person rate and resource class rate
