We have a requirement for conversion fast formula for Sick leave to calculate total duration including weekends at Absence plan level. While calculating facing issue for night shift employees.  

we have configured UOM for Absence plan in calendar days and UOM for Absence type in Hours for Sick leave as a part of Time & Labor integration. We tried using GET_PAY_AVAILABILITY() function to get the total duration but it excludes weekend days. 

Please Suggest any other method for calculating plan level as we have Split up for pay at payroll level for sick leave as 100%,50%,0% based on total number of days.
