What is the best option to log Work From Home? This should be more than just a yes or no flag that currently exist under the employee record. We want this to be a request submitted by the employee with attachments which would then be approved.

For instance the employee can go to Me>Time and Absence and select an option or have the option as a sub option for one of the existing functions.

What are the options available to achieve this?
