Hi everyone! I'm using an OCI instance vps. I created the ubuntu instance with a boot volume of default 47GB, then I want to increase the size to the 200GB quota. so I edited the volume size to 198 GB. however, the volume stuck at 'PROVISIONING' for several days.

Then I tried to reboot the instance, no solving the problem. Then I thought I should try detach and re-attach the boot volume to allow it to initialize, now turn out to be a really bad idea... when I try to attach the storage, it throw out an error saying the volume does not exist.
