SSH Session Disconnects After a Few Minutes of Inactivity When Using MobaXterm Client

Users using the MobaXterm client can experience SSH connections automatically disconnecting due to inactivity. Enabling the SSH keepalive and Fix Connection issues in the MobaXterm client can stop this from happening.

SSH connections can automatically disconnect due to inactivity when sing MobaXterm client.

To stop this from happening, do the following:

1. Go to the Settings menu
2. Select Configuration
3. In the popup window that will appear select the SSH tab
4. In the SSH Settings section, enable the options "SSH keepalive" and "Fix connection issues"
5. Press OK to save the settings
6. Create a new SSH session with the MobaXterm client and check if this fixes this issue.
