Summary:

I need to get the latest salary for all employees who have left.

Content (required):

I am using the Compensation - Salary History Details Real Time subject area to report on Leavers salaries and as it stands the Annualized Salary field in the Salary History folder is currently summing up all the salaries an employee has had for each employer. However when you add Salary Change Date this splits their salaries out in sperate rows.

I need to get the latest salary for all employees back in one row, and I would like any previous salaries to not appear in the report.
