Oracle Learning - is it possible to report all assignments/roles for an individual in one report?

Summary:

We have a business need to report on student learning (in the same way we report on staff learning - completions and overdue by department). However, some of our students are also members of staff. In our student learning report the report is detailing their staff assignment details as it is primary flagged. We want to see their student assignment details so we can see course code, course name, year of study etc.

Is it possible to have the report bring an individual learner through multiple times - to show not just their primary assignment details but their other assignment details. So, for example, if a learner has 3 assignments - can we get all 3 details to show? Please see attachment for more details of the issue.
