Hi everyone,

I'm looking for answers to the following questions before planning to enable SSO configuration for our application. Appreciate your time and knowledge!

  1. If SSO is turned on and configured, does that mean only users with our company credentials can access FCCS application? 
  2. Is SSO optional or mandatory once it is configured? Can we have both users with SSO authentication and users without SSO authentication?
  3. After enabling SSO, what will happen to users if we don't delete and reimport them? Will they be able to continue to log on to FCCS with their current account (set up prior SSO configuration)?
