Possible Reasons for Registration Qualifications Not Created Automatically
This post shares three possible reasons qualifications are not created automatically from supplier registration.
For external supplier registration, if you have checked “Automatically create qualifications” on the rule set, you would expect qualifications to be created automatically after the registration is approved. However, sometimes an initiative is created instead and questionnaires are sent out to collect responses.
In order for a qualification to be created automatically, all the responses for the required questions must be available. There are a few possible reasons why responses to some questions are still missing even if the supplier has submitted responses during the registration process.
