User is coming in the place of Owner Name in the checklist Email Template

edited Jul 11, 2022 6:42AM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary:

Dear Team,

We are having 2 issues with seeded Alert Templates in the Checklist Templates.

Issue 1: In the Alert Name: Task Assigned to Owner -> Though there is code after Hello, from the front end "Null" is coming in the Email.

The Email Notification looks like: "Hello Null, this is let you know....." like that. In the Place of Null, the HR Specialist Name should come who has done the termination.

Please let me know why the code in the Template is not working. And what I have to do to make it work.

Issue 2: In the Alert Name: Task Assigned to Performer -> Though in the Code ${OwnerName} is there, from front end "User" is coming in the Email.
