Enforce loading of Resignation letter during Resignation process
Summary:
Does anyone know if there is any non-custom i.e. standard way to enforce that an Employee load a Resignation letter in the {Document Records} section during the ESS (Employee Self Service) Resignation process?
Content (required):
One can set the minimum number of documents for the "Resignation letter" Document type to 1, but this rule is only enforced after the Employee has clicked on the +Add button and selected "Resignation letter" Document type. If the Employee does not click on these, he/she can bypass the {Document Records} section.
Is there any way to enforce that a Resignation letter gets uploaded in the {Document records} section during the ESS Resignation process?
