Seeking recommendations for waged / operational staff Compliance Training sign-off
Employer with a high proportion of waged / operational staff with compliance training would like to discuss options, recommendations on how to handle sign-off processes within OLC.
Currently using OLC with Salaried staff and now looking to implement for Waged staff. The majority of the training for our waged / operational staff is for compliance. We are looking for options for a supervisor / manager / trainer to assess and 'sign-off' on behalf of the Learner once they have completed the Activity.
