How can I mass update Assign Business Unit Business Function?

In Setup and Maintenance - Procurement - Organization Structures - Assign Business Unit Business Function we can edit and update the Enabled checkbox for each of the BUs configured in the system, one by one. However, sometimes we have a large number of BUs, and the manual update one by one could not be so practical/feasible.

My question: is there any mechanism to update them in bulk?
