Quick Action - Direct reports overview

Dear all

When performing a quick action as manager, the direct reports overview shows the employees, pending workers and nonworkers but not the contingent workers.

Under My Team, the contingent workers are visible.

Is there a way to expand the direct reports overview by default also with the contingent workers? Or even control it depending on the quick action?
