Create a user account and add super admin rights to that user account

I have create a user account and I need to add super admin rights to that user account. But I need what are the roles that comes into that super admin rights.

Some one please tell me that what are the roles that comes into super admin.

I thought below are some of the the roles that comes into the super admin.

1. Employee
2. Application Implementation consultant
3. HCM application admin
4. HR Specialist
5. IT security manager
6. Security admin.

Is there any additional roles are there and above mention roles are correct or wrong. Please some one will help me on this
