Add the Not Passed to the Overdue count - Learning OTBI

Hi there,

we have a Top Overdue Count report for Learning. It uses the metric Overdue count. We use a simple filter based on that metric (see image). That's all good, but this metric does not include the people who have actually "Not Passed" a course. In Fusion "Not Passed" is considered in a way "Completed".

I want to include to the list also people who have Not Passed enrollments. There is no such Learning Record Measure.

Any idea of adding it differently?
