I'm not able to leave Total Cost Center as Dynamic Calc

Guys, I need some help. I created a Cost Center structure in the custom dimension and I need to change the totalizer to Dynamic Calc, but I am not able to. I get the following message "Failed to update member Total Cost Center because it is referred in Config Consolidation

Rule(s) EPU - Prepare Source Data EPU - Prepare Source Data - Gather Source Data"
