Where can I amend the name format of Resource Name within classic HR Help Desk?

Summary:

The name format of our resources in Help Desk is different to that within Person Names

Content (required):

We have amended the name formats in Core HR to be 'Known As' and 'Last Name', but when adding an employee as a resource in classic HR Help Desk, the name format is 'First Name' 'Middle Name' 'Last Name'.

We would like to amend to 'Known As' 'Last Name' (as a minimum remove the middle name) but I can't see where I can do this.

Was it an error when we first loaded Resources? If so how would we amend them now?
