Absence and Payroll Intergation
Open Ended Leave processing in payroll.
Our client has a requirement like for example Long Term sickness leave they have. Now if employees goes on this leave with open end date then employee should be unpaid for that duration.
But if employee goes on LTS with end date (specific duration), then leave will be paid.
Any suggestion how this can be achieved in absence and payroll? We do not have any bandmatrix requirement and unlimited leave.
