Summary:

I had only one VM instance in the always free tier and it was working fine. Suddenly, I lost the access to the VM and, after looking at the panel, realized that I can't even see the instances or any other option (instances, virtual cloud networks, billing, ...).

Content (required):

For every option I select, I receive the same message: "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." (or something like this).

Also, my tenancy shows as "Inactive".
