Artifact List in Migration is not showing up

Hi Folks,

I'm currently implementing EPCM for one of our clients and I'm facing an issue with LCM that is preventing me from exporting specific artifacts because the Artifact List window is simply not showing up. All I'm seeing is this:


And after 10-15 minutes I get this:


I tired to reset the environment, clear data (the database size is not big), tried three different browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox) but nothing is working at all.

I can use epm automate "exportSnapshot" to export an old snapshot file, but I cannot use this to export new specific artifacts.

Unfortunately, I'm going to create an SR for this and I'm not expecting anything from Oracle Support without going down the escalation path so fingers crossed someone here could help me avoid the hassle.
