Is it possible to reference a Manager's Job as a data item in a Person Security Profile in MSS?

edited Apr 9, 2024 11:06PM in Human Capital Management

Summary:

I have a requirement that a Manager cannot assign a new Manager to his/her employees via MSS if the new proposed Manager has a lower Job (current one on the Employment/Assignment page) than the initiating Manager submitting the transaction. For example, on a Job scale of 1 - 10, if a Manager is on Job Level 5 (determined by the values 1-10 on the Job Name field on Assignment), then the new Manager must be on Job Level 1 - 5, but cannot be on Job Level 6-10 in his/her current Job.
