BI Publisher RTF template with Excel output merging rows

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 7 comments

Summary:

I have a HCM Extract which outputs as Excel via an RTF template. However on the output it is merging 3 rows for each row of data (see below screenshot). Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
