Auto Approvals for Transfer and Change Manager Quick Action are not working

Summary: Auto Approvals don't seem to be firing for our Transfer and Change Manager quick actions but they work in Classic UI. Can someone take a look at our logic?

Content (required):

Here are our conditions:

  • Requestor has a designated HR Role and Requestor is not the employee’s manager - auto approve
  • Requester has a designated HR Role and is the employee’s manager - route to management hierarchy for approval
  • Requestor does not have designated HR role, but has the Line Manager role - route to management hierarchy for approval
