Summary:

The PLM team are having problem processing the NIR's after items created and uploaded via FBDI.

1.)For example: NIR-XXXXX& NIR-XXXXX are not being approved as expected

2.) The workflow is not working and not sending Notification routed to correct PLM approvers to take action on the NIR.

Content (required):

We have found that when the NIR gets created,  it automatically assigns the person who created it as the approver – which is not the right thing to do.

So we think there’s a couple of things going wrong here, including workflow, and perhaps even role assignment.
