Has anyone created Fidelity demographic file using HCM Extract?

Issue with HCM Extract for Fidelity demographic file.

Content (required):

We have a developer created a HCM Extract for generating the Fidelity demographic file. We ran the baseline process and it finished in about 10 mins. We made totally of 3 changes to 2 employees and ran the process for change file and it took only 6 minutes. Then we made additional 3 changes and the process took hours to run. Has anyone done this before or run into the same issue with us. We logged a SR with Oracle and they just kept asking us to get them the diagnostic reports.
