What tables store the representatives that are assigned to each employee?

Summary:

I have been tasked with creating either an OTBI analysis or BI Publisher report to pull all employees and the representatives that have been assigned/linked to them. By "representatives", I mean the ones that show when you click on the headset icon after calling up an employee via My Client Groups > Person Management.

I have created a fabricated a list of representatives that would display for pretend employee Tes Thomas below. My report would need to show Tes Thomas and then all of the representative information shown in the below snip-it. I was not able to find a subject area with this information. If you are aware of one, please let me know. If a subject area does not exist, then I would be fine with creating a BI Publisher report, but I need help in finding the table(s) that track the representative information that is linked to each employee.
