how do i match OSP PO receipt date and wip completion transaction date?

Summary:

Our customer use OSP operation as a last operation.

So, when we receipt OSP PO, WIP Completion transaction is occurred automatically.

Sometime we need to change transaction date to the past date for the correct monthly closing. So, I tested receipt date change in the create receipt window. after submit the receipt, wip completion transaction occurred automatically but wip completion transaction date kept the current date.

it is very important.
