Discrepancies when transfer salary components from Workforce Compensation to Core HR

We did the following setups for salary element mapping which includes three components in Workforce Compensation Plan:
When I use Test condition option to check these configurations everything work correctly. For example, for overall salary that equals 5119.80 we have the following distribution by components which is correct:
But when we assign the same salary to employee in Compensation Worksheet and then transfer data to HR using batch process the results are different:
