Use orcl:query-database sql based retrieval of approvers in Award and Negotiation approval

Need to retrieve approvers using a sql statement for Negotiation and Award Approvals similar as we've done successfully for POs and Requisitions, but so far without success. Thankful if you can share your thoughts on the solution and review the syntax we're using.

Hi Sourcing Team,

We need to retrieve approvers using a sql statement for Negotiation and Award Approvals using a custom stage participant in the approval process similar as we've done successfully for POs and Requisitions. As the syntax is a bit tricky we initially thought that we had made some mistake, but I've tried to simplify without success, still all Awards, which I'm testing now, get rejected.
