Summary:

We have created a BI Report and then created an ESS job with the report, But after giving access to the report to the user, and when the user submitted the report it will fail with an error.

Steps

  1. Created BI Publisher Report
  2. Create ESS Jobs with the report
  3. Run Import User and Role Application Security Data job
  4. Create a custom role that contains the privilege created automatically when the custom BI Report ESS job is to get created
  5. Run Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes
  6. Log in with the user, go to Tools -> Scheduled Processes -> Schedule New Process -> Search the custom job & submit
