How to inhibit the 'Refer a candidate' action, basing on the Business Unit related to the Job requisition
Content (required):
Hi,
we would like to make a customization which allows us to inhibit to the employees the possibility to perform the 'Refer a candidate' action (in order to do it, we have two possibilities: we can hide the 'Refer a candidate' action, or we can disable the Command link associated with the Job requisition title; see the screenshot I attached). Furthermore we would like to inhibit the 'Refer a candidate' action, only for specific Job requisitions, namely for the Job requisitions which belong to a particul Business Unit (the Business Unit is a mandatory information, entered during the Job requisition creation).
