Support for Schema Registry and Serialization in the Kafka Adapter

We have a use case to Publish and Consume from topics hosted on Confluent Kafka with messages in AVRO format. The existing Kafka Adapter supports AVRO but does not support schema registry and serialization.

Customer wants to leverage the option of connecting to schema registry and consume or publish messages as per desired structure.  Currently when we are trying to consume the messages in AVRO format, the incoming messages are getting rejected in OIC with translation error.
