Hi,
User has set his preferences for Date , Time and Number format in his Regional Settings.
User is able to view the changes in POD on various pages (under Me , My Team & My Client Group) without any issues.
But when he receives any BIP notification for approval (e.g. Hire , Promotion etc.) , the Date/Number format in notification is not in sync with his preferences. Some fields are as per his preferences and some are not. So its a inconsistent behavior.

Date Fields :- Highlighted area 2 and 7 are as per preferences set but 1,3 and 5 are in different format.
