How to use HWM_PUB_SCHD_TIME_NOT_WORKED in the Absence Duration formula?

Summary:

I would like to deduct the Time NOT Worked value (DBI : HWM_PUB_SCHD_TIME_NOT_WORKED) from the Absence Duration.

Created the Global Absence Duration formula in which I used the CALL_FORMULA to get the HWM_PUB_SCHD_TIME_NOT_WORKED value.

But when verified the Absence Page getting the below error.

The absence date must be a scheduled work day (ANC-3405004)

Any suggestions will be of great help.
