Summary:

I have defined buyer assignment rules but buyer is not getting assigned as per rule when requisition is approved.

Content (required):

While creating a requisition when suggested supplier is provided any value, buyer other than the buyer assignment rule gets assigned to requisition. But when no supplier value is provided while creating requisition, it gets assigned to correct buyer as per buyer assignment rule. Can someone please help me understand why it is happening like this?
