How to set public holiday for roster employees

Summary:

I want to set public holiday for shift employees. We are using Elapsed shift for employees. I am updating public holiday on calendar event page.

For example 15th august is public holiday In the calendar event i am selecting start date and time is 15/08/2022 12:00 AM and End date and time is 15/08/2022 11:59 PM.But for employees having Night shift. How we have to set public holiday for them.Kindly guide me to set this requirement.
