In Download Tax Rules to a Spreadsheet, where is the spreadsheet generated?

Content (required):

The customer needs to download existing Tax Rules into a spreadsheet. The Download Tax Rules to a Spreadsheet option of the Manage Tax Rules page is then used. This option launches a scheduled program, which finishes successfully. However, we cannot see where the spreadsheet is generated so it could be downloaded. Any idea?
