Problem with Half Day and Full Day in Absence Management along with OTL

Summary: This entire issue circles around OTL and Absence Management.

There are 2 types of absences, the annual leaves for full days and half days.

We will use an example from the customer, where he wants that the user submit a request for 1.5 days (meaning 8+4 hrs). And they want to do it once.

As of now, we have 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1 - Without the conversion formula applied, the system does indeed calculate correctly, in the below screenshot 12 hrs (8+4), meaning 1 full day and one half day.

Scenario 2 - With the conversion formula, attached to both plan and type the system is generating 1.5 days as 2 full days, so 16 hours, instead of 12 hours.
