Why does system set the TAX Address Style when creating a location master which country is Germany?

Is there any country-specific setting for which address style to use with Location Address, Supplier Address, or Customer Address?

We are using seeded address styles.

In Germany, there are two seeded types of address style.

1. Germany Tax and Reporting Address Format
2. German Postal Address Format

Now I wonder why system use "Germany Tax and Reporting Address Format" when creating a location master for Germany.

When creating a supplier address or a customer address, system is using "German Postal Address Format".

Why does the system use a different address style for location addresses?
