Transfer order is not getting costed, and there is no error or warning.

Content (required):

We have transfer order where the Costing Status is Not Processed. The transaction already interfaced into the costing and the distribution process already ran and there is no error or warning.

Any idea why such behavior is occurring for that specific transfer order. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
